As each JC Fitness personal trainer possess unique skills, our approach gives each trainer input into designing the most effective plan for you. That means, we collaborate as a team to design your gym programs, nutrition plans, and all other components relevant to your journey.

Hi! My name is Jonathan and I’m a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. I am also a Registered and Chartered Physiotherapist having completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology (HBK) and Masters in Physiotherapy (MSc). I believe strongly in using research to accurately guide the practice of exercise and nutrition and really enjoy teaching and working with clients to help them become more confident and independent in their own health practices.

Hello! My name is Claire and I am a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. I maintain an Honours Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science BSc (Hons) and am certified as a Remedial Sports Massage Therapist. Health and fitness have always been an important part of my life and I feel incredibly privileged to work among like minded personal trainers to help create positive change in the health of others.

Hey! My name is Paul and I am a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. I have completed a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science (BSc Hons) in addition to qualifications specific to evidence-based nutrition. I feel that evidence-based exercise and nutrition is the safest and fastest way to achieve successful body transformation and enjoy every opportunity I get to promote and teach healthy lifestyle practices.
