Your Online Results TAKE A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH

Before your online personal trainer begins planning and designing your exercise and nutrition, we take time to first learn about your past and current fitness and nutritional practices.  As each individual is different, this will allow us to personalise your exercise and nutrition to your unique needs and conditions.  You will be directed to complete important online questionnaires and obtain baseline body composition measurements.  Finally, we’ll set up a video chat to discuss your information and make your start more personable.

Your goals, which may include body composition, strength, fitness and/or flexibility provide important direction and motivation.  To start your journey, we provide you with an online questionnaire to learn about the goals you wish to achieve.  Your online personal trainer will then formalise your objectives to make them specific, measurable, attainable, and timely.  Also, as part of your goal setting, a personalised education plan is outlined to target specific areas of learning that are important to you and your journey.

With the information we gather about your exercise and nutrition, we structure and personalise your exercise program and nutrition plan.  Your exercise program will reflect your level of experience, objectives, preferences and importantly your conditions for home or outdoor workouts.  Your nutrition is delivered as a fully structured, weekly plan.  We first outline your specific nutritional requirements according to your body composition and goals. then deliver your plan through our professional application that outlines meal options for each day.

Weekly check-ins through video communication keep you fully accountable and supported.  Specific adherence systems are implemented to keep you motivated and progressing towards your objectives, while video check-ins give us the opportunity to address any challenges that arise.  Periodic updates of your exercise and nutrition plans are completed and most importantly shaped by the weekly feedback you provide.  As questions do arise throughout your process, unlimited email support is available with you online personal trainer.

Objectives that were formalised at the onset of your journey are then re-assessed for progress and achievement.  Your assessment is completed every 4 weeks and may include body composition review, re-assessment of strength, fitness, or flexibility, energy levels, or even consistency within healthy lifestyle habits.  Along with your online personal trainer, you discuss progress of each objective following which, we reset your goal setting to include any modifications or new objectives you may have.
